Macarons
Macarons seem to be the new hot and chic thing in Sweden. Everywhere you go it's just wow macarons. When I went to the Swedish school in Paris I stayed with a lady whos son was boulanger. Meaning; he made Macarons and other good stuff everyday and who got the Macaron leftovers? I did!
For once in my life my favorite flavor isn't chocolate, it's raspberry and pistache. I think I'm going to try and make some when I get back home to Sweden. I have no idea if it's hard to make. It probably is.

du, dessa är glutenfria såsteff kan äta dem. jag har recept på dem o det finns på nätet, men har aldrig gjort dem. men steff som bara sitter och skyller på att hon inte tåler gluten och bara äter typ frukt istället, borde pröva dessa.
